We mainly focused on Security back in the day but the need to expand became necessary for the sake of survival in a small town like Kenton–on–Sea. A new season started for us.

Water tank maintenance and filter systems was in great demand even back then. Medium size building contracts with Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Security all done by the same company turned out to be a great seller and to the advantage of both customer and us.

These were the good old days…
Just before the end of 1999 and the beginning of 2000, a decision was made to register the business and take in a partner and register the business as a close corporation.

JNJ Security CC. trading as Secure–it–All. Unfortunately, the trade name was taken. The partnership did not last long and had to be dissolved. We continued to trade as Secure–it–All for another 13 years, registered as JNJ Security cc. In 2010 we felt the need for change and invested in a Bakery. Unfortunately, disaster struck when roadworks brought the village to a stand–still as the regular traffic chose a different route to avoid the long stop–go process. As if that was not enough, we soon found out that we had been given a set of falsified figures. A short break from everything to visit family turned into another nightmare. Fully stocked with frozen pies and other perishable products, my –40° deep freezer and cooler failed due to an electrical fault in the building and R80 000–00 worth of stock became pig food.

So – a new chapter and a new season started. We took a few steps back, counted our losses and went back to what we knew best. The business relocated to Port Elizabeth where the first three years were very difficult and we almost gave up but God gave us the strength we needed to persevere.

Three years in and everything started falling into place and a new season started for this business and us. Now accepted in the community and a member of Walmer Methodist Church, more people have become aware of us and the quality work that we do. Soon we could rely on word of mouth only.

Then CoVid-19 struck and this is something no one wants to remember, or talk about but will not forget for a very long time to come. However,  we are still here.

Happily and by the grace of God we survived the 8 year drought that ended this year with God filling all of our surrounding area reservoirs for us. Despite the drought being over, there is still a great need for water harvesting and purification. Our knowledge and experience in this field came in very handy. This is still ongoing. We can proudly say that perseverance, faith and trust in The Lord always pay off. 

We offer assistance with security consultations to workout your needs. We manufacture and install security gates, solve problems around your house (not the personal ones), design and manufacture sliding or swing gates, supply and install garage doors, do gate and door automations, access control and any kind of intercom system you like. We even do electric locks and CCTV installations.

We use the phrase “One Call Does It All” for a very good reason. If we cannot do it, don’t stress because we will find the right person to assist you.

We are not a “Jack of all trades but master of none.” We master everything we handle, and we do it professionally.
